Our classic milk chocolate. The O'Payo cacao has acidity and fruitiness which is here mixed with the fattiness from the milk powder (which we get from Thiese). Notes of honey and a classic cream.We use sansho pepper, which we buy directly from the farmers in the Wayakama Prefecture in Japan.
