Terms and Conditions


We accept Visa, Mastercard, Mastercard Maestro, PayPal and MobilePay for online purchases. Prices are subject to change without notice. No VAT refunds when shipping to non-EU countries. Prices for non-EU countries are higher due to the additional costs involved in shipping products outside the EU.

The payment will be withdrawn from your account when the order is being shipped from our facility. The prices are in DKK and can be changed without warning at any given time. Although not after an order is finalized.  

Local customs costs are not covered by Friis-Holm Chokolade. 


There is no return on food or products being packaged and sent with food unless it is a complaint (use of warranty). If you wish to make a complaint, you need to do so in 'timely manner' after you have discovered the fault. If you make the complaint within two months of the order being received, it will always be within the timeframe. If you make a complaint please note: 
- What product is the complaint about? 
- What is the mistake? 
- What is the best before date? 
- Please send us photos of the product

Please keep the product that you contact us about, as we might need it back for further investigation. Please email: info@friisholmchokolade.dk with the above mentioned information.

If you have any questions regarding product quality, we encourage you to contact us by email or phone.

Please note that if the product was not bought online, you must first go to the shop where the product was purchased before contacting us. We reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice, and it is the customer's responsibility to keep up to date with any changes.
