Our classic milk chocolate. The O'Payo cacao has acidity and fruitiness which is here mixed with the fattiness from the milk powder (which we get from Thiese). Notes of honey and a classic cream.We use liqourice from Johan Bülow in this varaint.

Cacao beans, sugar, milk powder, cacao butter, liquorice (8 %).
Min. 50 % cacao solids
