O'Payo Milk Liquorice 50 %, 100 g.

Our classic milk chocolate. The O'Payo cacao has acidity and fruitiness which is here mixed with the fattiness from the milk powder (which we get from Thiese). Notes of honey and a classic cream.We use liqourice from Johan Bülow in this varaint.

Ingredienser:
Kakaobønner, sukker, kakaosmør, MÆLKEPULVER, SaltLakrids (8%): Rismel, sukker, invertsukkersirup, melasse, rålakrids, salmiak, rapsolie, salt, anisolie. Min 50% kakaotørstof

(EN) Ingredients:

Cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, MILK POWDER, Salt Liquorice (8%): rice flour, sugar, invert sugar syrup, molasses, raw liquorice, ammonium chloride, rapeseed oil, salt, anise oil.

(D) Zutaten: 

Min 50% cocoa solids.    Kakaobohnen, Zucker, Kakaobutter, MILCHPULVER, Salzlakritz (8%): Reismehl, Zucker, Invertzuckersirup, Melasse, Roh-Lakritz, Salmiak, Rapsöl, Salz, Anisöl. Mindestens 50% Kakaotrockenmasse.
