We call our La Dalia chocolates 'The Lazy Cocoa Growers Blend', because it is a mix of different sorts cacao beans. When we asked the farmers to sort the beans into the different sorts, they said no! So as a friendly banter, we thought that was a bit lazy! But luckily enough, we now get to enjoy this fantastic chocolate with a mix of many different sorts. Our La Dalia 60 % is in the same series as La Dalia 70 %, La Dalia 85 % and La Dalia 100 %.
The La Dalia 60% is a acidic chocolate, with plenty of chocolate notes and red berry notes. We use this chocolate for our 'Flødeboller' and in this case here with O'Payo nibs.

Cacao beans, sugar, cacao butter, cacao nibs.
May contain traces of milk. Min 60 % cacao soilds.
