Filled Chocolate Herslev Beers, 8 pcs.

The idea for this box came because Herslev Bryghus (Herslev Brewery) is our neighbor and when Herslev created a beer with our chocolate, we knew we had to create a box of chocolate inspired of Herslev's beers. 

These chocolates are not made of the beer but with inspiration from four Herslev products and are perfect to enjoy whilst drinking beer! 

Purple: Malt caramel in dark chocolate
Blue: Star anis caramel inspired by the Stjernebryg beer
Red: Chestnut crunch inspired by Kastanje Brown Ale
Gold: Ginger ganache inspired by the Ingefærbrus (Ginger soda)

Ingredients:
Dark chocolate (cacao beans, organic cane sugar, organic cacao butter), milk chocolate (cacao beans, organic cane sugar, organic cacao butter, milk powder), white chocolate (organic cacao butter, organic cane sugar, organic milk powder), organic cream, glucose, chest nuts, malt sirup, ginger, vinegar, salt, star anis, alcohol, sodium benzonat, puff sugar (sugar, glucose, carbondioxid, lactose).
