Hansens Is - filled chocolates is a tribute to our “Ice Cream” partners who makes the best gourmet ice cream in Denmark.

We have translated 4 classic ice creams into filled chocolates.

All made without alcohol and double layered with a vanilla cream and a fruit/berry filling as well.
Pure fun and excellent craftsmanship.

The idea for this box came from the fact that the Hansen Ice cream family took part in the ownership of the chocolate factory. The Hansen family have been making ice cream for generations so it was obvious to us to interpret some of their ice creams classics. 

The box is a tribute to Hans-Jørgen, who is 3rd generation ice cream man, and still an active part of the business today. 


In the box you will find:
Solstang: Pineapple and orange creme with vanilla ganache with our 65 % chocolate

Rabarber/Lakrids Vaffel: Rhubarb creme, vanilla creme and a bit of liquorice from Calabria in our White 40 % chocolate
Solbærstang: Blackcurrant creme with vanilla ganache in our dark chocolate. 
Raspberry/Vanilla Cup: Raspberry creme and vanilla creme in our dark chocolate.
