Rich caramel and rum, silky gianduja with Piemonte hazelnuts, vibrant raspberry, rhubarb, orange and pineapple, all balanced with luscious vanilla cream and coated in carefully selected single origin chocolates. A refined Easter treat for lovers of exceptional chocolate.
• Rhubarb
The jewel of Danish spring.
Balanced tart rhubarb with rich vanilla cream and a light sprinkle of granulated liquorice.
Enrobed in a White 40% chocolate shell.
• Gianduja
Our dark and luxurious Gianduja with a salty twist in an otherwise smooth as silk Gianduja.
Purely made with Piemonte hazelnuts and our beloved multi award winning O'payo 68%.
The shell is O’Payo Milk 50%, pairing the two O’Payos together like a perfectly balanced couple.
• The Pilskade
Thick caramel and a boozy, oozy Rhum creme definitely not for vegans or faint hearted.
The punchy Rhum is the Jamaica from Skotlander.
We chose to put it in the 60% La Dalia chocolate because of its Rhum and raisins notes.
• Raspberry Vanilla
Zingy ruby red raspberries tossed on top of our rich vanilla cream.
We are NOT stingy with the vanilla in this glorious cream.
Covered in 64% Madagascar chocolate.
• Solstang
Juicy Sicilian oranges and sweet pineapple paired with a rich vanilla cream.
We use plump and ripe vanilla pods from Virunga, the best vanilla we have ever tasted.
All this goodness is held by a shell of 70% dark Nicaliso.
