Same mix of cacao as the Dark Milk 55 %, but very little milk powder, so it is a very dark milk chocolate or in other words a dark chocolate rounded by a bit of milk. It is just between a milk and a dark chocolate and to some people, it's the chocolate they have been looking for their whole life.
