Our very first milk chocolate. Mikkel wanted to make a dark milk chocolate, and this is a blend of 5 sorts of cacao. It has notes of caramel and really good notes of cacao.

Ingredients:
Cacao beans, cane sugar, milk powder, cacao butter.
Min 55% cacao solids.
