Our Barba 70 % is a sweet but also slightly flavoured chocolate. It is a mild chocolate, and you might discover notes of black pepper at the end. We call this chocolate Barba, In Nicaragua we found a population of trees that had white lianas, It looked like the trees had beards, hence Barba.

Cacao beans, sugar, cacao butter.
May contain traces of milk. Min 70 % cacao soilds.
